Client Services Representative:

We are looking for an outstanding Client Services Representative to join our team. Qualified candidates should have excellent written, verbal and analytical skills, be detailed oriented and exhibit strong problem-solving skills. Patriot’s work environment is dynamic and challenging, providing excellent opportunities for candidates who are willing to learn and grow with our company. Candidates must have exceptional computer skills and at least two years of client service/client relations experience. Marketing or advertising experience is a plus. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing day-to-day operations of assigned client base.
  • Establishing rapport and maintaining contact with all assigned clients.
  • Promoting new ideas and services to assigned client base.
  • Creating, analyzing and maintaining client reports.
  • Designing and implementing technical changes to client accounts.
  • Ensuring clients receive superior customer service.
