When the consumer points his cursor to the Click2Connect® phone icon on your website, he’s prompted to enter his telephone number. He then “Clicks 2 Connect” and Patriot’s network immediately calls the telephone number the consumer provided. When he picks up, he hears ringing on the other end as Patriot delivers him to your local office. Then, they chat away.
Click2Locate® is a sophisticated Internet routing service that guides Internet users to a company’s nearest or appropriate location using Patriot’s PreciseCalc® database. Internet users can access customer location information (e.g., store address, local telephone number, hours of operation, etc.) and download maps with door-to-door driving instructions. Moreover, Click2Locate® provides reports on who, what, when and how many clicked to locate you.
